Request deletion of your Naalu account and associated personal data.
Open the Naalu app and go to More → Account → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately, no waiting.
If you can't sign in or have removed the app, submit this form and the Naalu team will delete your account for you.
What gets deleted
We remove or anonymise your personal details (name, email, mobile number), revoke your access, and sign you out everywhere. A boat's operational records (trips, invoices, clients) may be retained for the business's accounting and legal obligations; where kept, they are dissociated from your personal identity. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
